Trouble with accessing Translation Tool / transferring credits

melissaB-19	Background of the issue: I recently purchased the WPML translation plugin and started using it on my company website, hidden link. I had to roll back some changes made with the plugin and created a staging site to continue working on the website. I wanted to transfer the credits I purchased to the staging site. Symptoms: I'm having trouble accessing the translation manager tool. When I try to manage credits, I get a message saying I'm not allowed access to this tool. Questions: How can I access the translation manager tool? How do I transfer credits to a staging site?

Background of the issue:
