Background of the issue:
I need to access the invoices for automatic translations but the 'Tools' section in the WordPress backend won't load.

Symptoms:
I am getting the error message: 'There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team.' I have tried several times, including refreshing the page and waiting a while with no luck.

Questions:
Why can't I access the 'Tools' section in the WordPress backend?
How can I resolve the error message about connecting to automatic translation?

thanks for contacting us.

Can you please try next:

- Make sure you have a backup.
- Disable all other plugins and leave active only WPML plugins
- Switch to WP default theme
- Check if the issue still happens.
