This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have purchased the WPML Multilingual CMS license and are trying to download and install the 'WPML SEO' plugin from your WordPress dashboard. However, the download button is greyed out or inactive, preventing you from downloading or installing it.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, it's important to check if the 'WPML SEO' plugin version 2.1.1 is already installed on your site. You can do this by navigating to Plugins → Add New section under the Commercial tab in your WordPress dashboard. If the download button is greyed out, this typically indicates that the plugin is already installed on your site.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I have purchased the WPML Multilingual CMS license and successfully registered my site. I am trying to download and install the 'WPML SEO' plugin (version 2.1.1) from the plugins list in my WordPress dashboard. I have already installed and activated Yoast SEO for multilingual sitemap functionality. My site URL is hidden link.

Symptoms:
The download button for the 'WPML SEO' plugin is greyed out or inactive, preventing me from downloading or installing it.

Questions:
How can I enable the download of the 'WPML SEO' plugin?
Is there a direct link to download the latest version of the 'WPML SEO' plugin?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Based on the debug information you provided, I can confirm that WPML SEO version 2.1.1 is already installed on your site. If you’re checking the Plugins → Add New section under the Commercial tab and noticing that it’s greyed out, this is expected behavior—it indicates that the plugin is already installed.

Hi WPML Support Team,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue: the language-specific sitemap pages such as `/de/sitemap_index.xml`, `/it/sitemap_index.xml`, etc., all return a 404 error.

✅ My site uses Yoast SEO and WPML (registered).
✅ I have enabled the "Different languages in directories" structure (e.g., `/de/`, `/it/`, etc.)
✅ The default language sitemap `/sitemap_index.xml` works fine.
❌ But translated versions always lead to 404.

I have already enabled the WPML SEO plugin and registered my license.

Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you!
This issue affects all language sitemaps, including `/fr/`, `/es/`, etc.
