After checking the footer template, I see it is selected to display in the frontend by the theme option Powerlegal > Theme Options > Footer > Footer Layout. I also see the theme option is translated into French language in WPML > String Translation (the template post ID) but the translation content still does not display at the footer.
The theme Powerlegal is not available in our list of compatible themes, which you can check here https://wpml.org/theme/. So it could be a compatibility issue between the theme and WPML we will address that by reporting this to the compatibility team.
To be able to report the compatibility issue we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation. I created a clean installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons. You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below: hidden link
Kindly follow the steps below:
- Don’t restore your site there.
- Install the theme Powerlegal and its addon plugins.
- Try to replicate the issue.
- Then let me know the steps to replicate it.

Thanks for take care of my ticket. Actually I know what is a cause. We haven't translate elementor widget translation. I know we need to follow this, "https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/" Last time you given me this link then after it was resolved but that was different url. can you please guide me how to do for elementor.
Actually I can follow steps but I am confused how can we do each and every block for elementor. do you have any ready code so I can paste it and all blocks will translate. or please translate for me.
Please refer below link which you have resolved before. I can't use this files because its have garbage contents and data. That's why I have created new domain and tried to over there.

After checking both sites, I see that: when I change the footer template in Powerlegal > Theme Options > Footer > Footer Layout
- on the site hidden link (site 1), the footer does not change in the frontend, even I deactivate WPML plugins.
- on the site hidden link (site 2), the footer does change as well.
Also, the Elementor widgets in the footer are translated completely, there is no issue with those widgets. Please check two screenshots hidden link hidden link
I think there is a caching or another issue with the theme on your site. You can assign the footer option to another template and recheck this.
Yes, "15068" is the footer template in French language. As I mentioned above, please go to Powerlegal > Theme Options > Footer > Footer Layout, to change the template in Italian language. Please check this screenshot hidden link
But the issue here is, if you change the footer template to another one, it does not display that content in the frontend, even WPML plugins are deactivated.
On the site 2 (hidden link), it works properly. Can you please recheck this on both sites?

I understood it. I have changed but not reflected. Is there any other way like clear wpml cache / delete garbage translations. I am thinking we haven't implement "elementor translation widget" in this website, I am 100% sure. can we do again? in "Custom XML Configuration".
