horeaR-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to register a site on my localhost using WPML. For a few days, I have been encountering an issue. There is no outstanding or unpaid billing. If I register a site that is not localhost, it works. I tried to deactivate all the plugins except WPML, used the default 2024 theme with the latest update, and deleted and reinstalled the plugin. Symptoms: "Unable to parse data from service response." Questions: What could be causing the 'Unable to parse data from service response' error when registering a localhost site? Are there any specific settings or configurations required for registering a localhost site with WPML?
