unable to translate phone number in elementor list

leeC-2	Background of the issue: I am using a list widget in Elementor on my site hidden link. It has a phone number (just numbers) and it links to tel:... and then the phone number. I need to give this a different number and link number on my translated pages. However, the number is not showing up in the translation editor to edit. I found this article: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-a-phone-number-in-a-header-template-in-bricks-builder/ but that code does not work for me. Symptoms: The phone number in the Elementor list widget is not appearing in the WPML translation editor for editing. Questions: How can I make the phone number appear in the WPML translation editor for editing?
