Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to debug an issue. The site is running WordPress version 6.5.4 with WPML Multilingual CMS version 4.6.11. The PHP version is 8.2.18. The following WPML plugins are in use: WPML Multilingual CMS (4.6.11), String Translation (3.2.12), and Media Translation (2.7.4).

Symptoms:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused on line 18 of file /wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/otgs/installer/includes/products/OTGS_Products_Manager_Factory.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Class "OTGSInstallerProductsExternalProductsUrls" not found in /wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/otgs/installer/includes/products/OTGS_Products_Manager_Factory.php:18
