Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the website design in the English version, but I am not seeing this change reflected in other languages. The issue can be seen at: hidden link
Symptoms:
When I update the website design in the English version, the change does not reflect in other languages.
Questions:
Why are design updates in the English version not reflecting in other languages?
After you make a change in the design for the English version, please make sure to click on the 'loading circle' icon on the translation and update the translation.
If you are not using "Translate Everything" mode you will need to click on the translation to update it for the changes to carry over.
when I click on loading icon it is rediect me to wmpl editor to update translation and I don not need to update translation I need to update arabic page with same design in english page

Click on the "loading circle" icon and once the translation editor opens, finish/update the translation.
This will also update the design to the translated version.
As you made design changes most likely there wont be any actual translation to update you will simply need to just "update" it, so the status changes from 'pending' to 'translated' , this should be enough to carry over the style changes as they are not pushed over to the translation automatically unless you are using "translate everything mode"
