Background of the issue:
I embedded a Vimeo video in the default language page using custom HTML in Kadence, but when translated to Malay, it does not display. I use custom HTML instead of the Kadence block because it resizes the video to small. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The embedded video does not display on the translated page, resulting in a blank section.

Questions:
Why is the embedded video not displaying on the translated page?
How can I ensure the video displays correctly in the translated version?

Thanks for your reply. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply. I've checked, and it looks like the HTML code is not being copied over to the translated page. I've manually copied the HTML code over to your MS language and it is displaying fine now. hidden link

Hi Kor

So does that mean I would need to manually edit the page and copy the embedded code over?

Thanks for your reply. If the embed code is not showing up correctly on your translated page, you'll have to manually adjust/correct it.
