Update WPML today (WordPress 6.4)

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Restore from automatic backup data Nov-6th.
Then the WordPress showed "503 Service Unavailable".

Changed the folder name "wpml-string-translation" to "wpml-string-translation-old", now I can access the WP page. Then back to the name and ACTIVE "WPML String Translation", back to "503 Service Unavailable".

Installed "String Translation" and looks fine!
Is it OK if I update "WPML Multilingual CMS"? (WordPress 6.3.2)
