Thank you! on the picture is the first email - when the order comes. Every phrase is in the language it is made. We changed all the strings with every phrase 2-3 times, to fix them, even delete some of them. When we change the status to "Pending payment" again new strings with wrong translation appear. And we have mix-language emails.
We remove and fix all strings manually, but it doesn't work. They change by themselves. We need an immediate solution! Most email forms the website send have a problem. We are losing customers and receiving complains.
Is it possible to delete all strings and made them again?
I've thoroughly checked on my local dev site but couldn’t find all the strings. Could you let me know which string you removed or fixed? I’d like to recheck it on my end. Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused. This issue appears to be quite complex and may take some time to investigate. I’ll escalate it once I have enough information about how the strings are reverting on their own.

Sorry for the delay of my answer.
We are not sure which are removed. We changed all the strings manually, that weren't translated correct or give a mistake - showing Bulgarian or English word for some of the other languages. We checked them every time we found there is a problem. Then the same problem appear again and new strings appear for the same translation.
We have also another question.
The main website is the Bulgarian website, with domain Viviscal.bg. Our website is set to work with different domains. We created a new domain with subdomains for the other languages "viviscal-store.com" and connected them together. I assume this caused the problem. In this sense - is it possible to remove from the website the Domain "viviscal.bg" and to continue to work only with the subdomains of "viviscal-store.com"?
Thanks for your reply. I've checked on my local with a copy of your Website earlier and I'm able to fix the strings for the email notifications. I'm not sure what you've edited, and everything looks different now compared with the version I have in my local.
Could you list the strings here so that I can check what's going on over there?
As for your new question, this is viviscal.bg currently your primary language. Are you saying that you want to change viviscal.bg to viviscal-store.com for your primary language?

We don't have a list of the strings. And we are not sure which they are. You told us to fix them manually and we did it, when we see a problem.
Yes, we want to make viviscal-store.com in Bulgarian our primary language. To leave only one domain on the website.
