Hello, I am trying to create a package, but it seems it is stuck for a few hours already. Can you please check, maybe there is some process being canceled by the server or limitation. You can go to Duplicator plugin and try to create new package, make sure to exclude images and backup, since they take 14GB. You can also try with All In one Migration. Let me know how it goes. Hello, After a few hours, I managed to deploy a website on localhost, and there I can see it works okay, even though WPML adds 20%, which is expected. I suspect either it was fixed when migrating or there is some specific issue for your environment. 1) I also see your website database contains data from some other websites also, so it mix of 2 different website databases. Maybe it would be good to clean up your DB, to avoid any issues as it might it is also causing these issues, if DB is mix of data and collations and etc. 2) I also see your example page now opens up fine, in 4s hidden link Do you still have issues? 2) Other then that, if yes, please share example again, and FTP access and let us know it is okay to do further debugging on shared domain, or if you can provide us a staging site so we can check further and try to see what is wrong. I have encountered an issue with WPML String Translation. I added a translation, and it appears in the list of translations in the admin panel, but it does not show up on the website. What I have already tried: Cleared the WPML cache via WPML → Support → Clear String Cache. |

Hello, Thanks for getting back to me. 1) I am afraid we can not help with DB cleaning; that is out of scope of our support. You should check with the developer or whoever migrated this website. Your media library is also 7GB large; it might be good to do some cleanup. 2) As for the String translation issue, we limit 1 issue per ticket to keep things clear. Please open a new ticket, and we will be glad to help. 3) I have checked your website again, and I can see a slow increase in load time when WPML is enabled, 2.47s without to 3.75s when enabled.
