Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the WhatsApp widget on my website (WhatsApp Chat by NinjaTeam) using WPML. The site I'm working on is hidden link.

Symptoms:
The widget disappears when I switch the language from Italian to English. Additionally, I have problems translating the description and GDPR text of the widget in the admin area, as these are blocked in the WPML settings.

Questions:
How can I prevent the WhatsApp widget from disappearing when switching languages?
How can I unlock the translation of the description and GDPR text in the WPML settings?

Were you able to manage the translation of "Cookie Yes" thanks to the earlier provided documentation?

About "WhatsApp Chat":

I do not have the issue with a disappearing widget on my sandbox, while switching the language.

Did you make sure the implement the widget in the same way as you did on your website?

Please try to recreate the issue on this sandbox.
