To help troubleshoot this issue more efficiently, I would like to use a tool called Duplicator (hidden link) to create a temporary diagnostic copy of the website.
Using this tool, I will generate a lightweight “package” of the site that contains only the database and essential files. All media files (images, videos, etc.) will be excluded to keep the package small and secure.
This package will be used only in a secure local testing environment to reproduce the problem and analyze it in detail. This allows me to test fixes safely without touching or impacting your live website in any way. Your production site will not be modified, slowed down, or affected during this process.

I’m running into an issue installing the Duplicator Pro plugin.
The plugin ZIP fails to extract on the server, and I’m also unable to install it through the WordPress Plugins section. I’ve tried both methods, but neither works on my end.
Would you be able to assist with this?
If possible, you could:
* Install and activate the plugin directly from your side, or
* Check with your hosting provider if there are any server restrictions (file size, permissions, or ZIP extraction limits) preventing the installation.
Once it’s installed, I can continue working on this.

Our 2nd-tier support team found that the issue is not happening locally in WPML. The request that should go to WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor service (hidden link) is being overridden and rewritten to use the local site hostname, which causes it to fail. This strongly indicates a server-level configuration issue rather than a plugin issue.
We also see that the environment appears to be running in Docker, possibly behind a reverse proxy. Either of these could be rewriting outgoing requests (for example via proxy rules, container networking, or server redirects).
Can you review the server configuration (especially Docker and any reverse proxy setup)?
We would also need confirmation that we can safely debug the site, including permission to install temporary debugging plugins.
That being said, can you provide us with FTP access so we can investigate further?
