I have trouble with the translation queue, when I complete a task, I see the statut is still "in progress", I have followed the steps to clean the database in the troubleshooting page and now it seems to begin to be marked as completed.
Reference to our chat, I tried following after you left:
- Corrected the user profile (the user you gave me for login), by filling first and last name.
- Added the user to translators with language pair.
- Selected "Attitudes PRO" from WPML -> String Translation and added to the basket (for all languages).
- Then assign the job to my user and sent for translation.
- Then from WPML -> Translations, I translated these one by one for all languages.
--- In ATE, I didn't use auto-translate to save credit, but used Google Translate in a separate tab to get the translations and paste in the ATE.
- After completing these jobs are shown as completed and string can be seen translated completely (see attached).
So meanwhile this ticket is attended by our support, please try by cancelling existing jobs and translate again. If you had completed these previously, you should be able to find the translations in ATE when editing.
Please feel free to share your findings.
Regards.
