Hi! After updating the theme, the issues are still present. Another problem is that when I update a banner in any store, like the en-au store, the same banner update appears on the base website. Can you please suggest a way to resolve this issue?

Can you please check if this issue appears when:

- only WPML plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin

If still not working, to troubleshoot this problem, I'll install the Duplicator plugin and generate packages for further debugging purposes. I'll ensure to exclude all media files to maintain a minimal package size. You can find more information about the process here: [link](https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/). Please confirm if this approach is acceptable to you.

Hi,

I've deactivated all plugins except for the following on the staging platform:

WooCommerce
WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency
WPML CMS Nav
WPML Multilingual CMS
WPML SEO
WPML String Translation
However, the issue persists. When I update the base website (e.g., fanjackets.com), the changes are replicated across all stores, such as fanjackets.com/en-au and fanjackets.com/en-gb.

Could you please provide a solution to this issue?

Note: You can check everything on the staging platform; credentials have already been shared with you.

I apologize for not realizing the issue earlier. The problem is probably that the pages were being duplicated across different languages, including synced images. This likely occurred because I entered the UX Builder directly and didn't check the backend of the page.

E.g. image data is also duplicated like this:

[ux_banner bg="152457" bg_size="original" bg_pos="10% 0%" link="<em><u>hidden link</u></em>" video_visibility="visible"]

To resolve this, the translations of the home page need to be set as independent translations. You can do this here e.g. hidden link

Can you try this and test?

Here is what I did:

1. **Opened Post Editor**:
- URL: [hidden link)
- Action: Changed banner image.

2. **Opened Another Post Editor**:
- URL: [hidden link)
- Action: Clicked "Update".

3. **Checked Frontend**:
- URL: [hidden link)
- Result: Image has not been replaced with the original one

Can you record a video again in case I am missing something here?

I have different banners on fanjackets.com and fanjackets.com/en-au. When I click the update button on the base website (fanjackets.com), the banner on the en-au and en-gb websites also updates, as shown in the demo video linked below:

Hello there,

Our 2nd tier supporter checked the issue and suggested that in order to upload different images you will need to use Media Translations plugin.

Once installed go to WPML->media translations and upload the image translations there and then updates the pages and update it translations using WPML translations editor.

The images added using manual page translations editor will not work, as WPML tries to synchronize the images when the post is updated.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks
