[Waiting for user confirmation] When trying to automatically translate the header into Japanese, the translation is not successful a...

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

thanks for the access. The translation of the header template to Japanese is currently displaying as "Finished." Upon checking the backend, I noticed that while the translation was completed, the Japanese version was still in "Draft" mode. After publishing the template, it started working as expected.

However, I still have some questions and would like your assistance in clarifying them:
My translation process:
When I selected the Japanese Header for translation and clicked on "Auto Translate," there was no success feedback page. Even after waiting for more than 10 minutes, the success page did not appear, and the status remained as a “gear” icon.
When I checked the "Job" page, it kept showing “preparing translate.” After a few hours, I deleted this translation job from the "Job" page.
Additionally, I noticed that in the Japanese mode, there was already a draft version of the Japanese Header. The translation results seemed correct. However, when I prepared to publish it, I paused at the step of adding conditions.
The publishing conditions only included “Entire site,” “Archives,” and “Singular.” I wasn’t sure which condition to choose. I was concerned that selecting “Entire site” might cause the Japanese Header to appear on all pages of my website, including the English and other language versions.
My questions are:
1. Is it normal for the status to remain as “preparing translate” during the translation process? Is there a way to resolve this issue?
2. How did you publish the "draft" version? Which publishing condition did you select, such as “Entire site”?
The status should not remain as "preparing translate," and I’m unsure why that occurred. When I accessed the backend via the top-bar language switcher, I didn’t got any condition to set.
However, I still haven’t been able to successfully translate the other headers. Perhaps I haven’t followed the correct steps for translating the header.
Would it be possible for you to demonstrate the process of translating the header using screenshots or a short video? I am not a professional and am still a beginner, so I apologize for the inconvenience. I would really appreciate it if you could walk me through the steps.
I’ve reviewed the other headers, and none of them have been translated yet. Previously, a translation had already been completed. To test the process, I initiated a translation for Dutch, but the headers were not set to Draft as expected.
