Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate all strings in customer emails. I followed the guide at https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/how-to-translate-woocommerce-emails/ but encountered issues with adding myself as either Translation Manager or Translator.

Symptoms:
Some strings in the customer emails remain in the original language. The text of two emails is edited within WooCommerce > Settings > Email, not as additional template files.

Questions:
Why can't I add myself as a Translation Manager or Translator?
How can I ensure all strings in customer emails are fully translated?
How can I be certain RTL language email is actually RTL to the customer?
