Background of the issue:
I am trying to update to the latest version of WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency (5.4.0) while using WooCommerce Bookings. In previous versions of the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin, I applied the workaround indicated on this page https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-bookings-multiple-booking-confirmation-emails-sent-for-each-language/, but now the code is different and I don't know how to fix it. I am using all the latest versions of WordPress (6.8.1), WPML (4.7.6), and WooCommerce (10.0.2).
Symptoms:
I expect not to receive multiple emails for bookings that require confirmation. However, I'm using the latest version of WooCommerce Bookings (2.2.8) and multiple emails for reservations requiring confirmation are still being sent. The problem is reported as solved in the comments, but it seems that this is not the case.
Questions:
How can I stop receiving multiple emails for bookings that require confirmation?
Is there a new workaround or solution for the updated version of WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency?
