Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the WooCommerce checkout form to Spanish on my site hidden link. I have used the Advanced Translation Editor to fully translate the page.

Symptoms:
Some fields and labels on the WooCommerce checkout form are still partly in English, while others are in Spanish. The Translation Editor fails to load when I try translating the WooCommerce strings separately.

Questions:
Why are some fields and labels on the WooCommerce checkout form not fully translated to Spanish?
Why does the Translation Editor fail to load when translating WooCommerce strings separately?

Hello,

Are you using WooCommerce Blocks on your Checkout page?

If so, please take note that currenty we are not able to overwrite default strings from such blocks. Our team is still working on a solution for this issue.

Errata and workaround:
https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-multilingual-cart-page-strings-not-translated-when-using-blocks/

Further, this might not be a WPML issue, as WordPress 6.7 changed how language files and translations are handled and there is a known issue in reagrds to WooCommerce.

Please read this:
hidden link

Possible workaround:
Rollback WordPress to the earlier version (Not tested)

If you think that this issue is not related, please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas
