I have been doing some further testing regarding this, however, I did notice that all testing has been done with WooCommerce Checkout Manager PRO while on your site you are using the Stanndard version.
Hi Bobby, I don't think the issue is version regarding and I am afraid to buy the pro version and the problem still exists but if you are telling me that you have tested the conditions in a pro version with an RTL language and it does worked I will definitely buy the plugin pro version and test it
