Hello, thanks for getting back and sharing files. I have set up your copy on my local and tried the steps you shared and it seems to work fine, image attached. As for you server, probably strings are not being loaded by some structure or additional code if you have some. What I suggest is next: 1) Please update all WPML plugins to the latest version by going to the Plugins → Add New page, click the Commercial tab, and then click Check for updates. 2) Remove translation of emails from WPML > String transaltion and re-translate. 3) - Go to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting 4) Try to test your website on another host or local host to see if it works fine for you, and it could be a server / configuration-specific issue. Hello, that is after following the steps you have shared with me to check the issue. I have followed both and do not see the issue. You can see the order number is the same, and the client made an order in DE, so the email Order details should be in DE as it is. If you have a different issue, please share steps to check the issue, as it works fine for me following the steps you shared before. Regards, |

Hello, I believe there has been a misunderstanding. I recently switched my account to English, so the emails should now be displayed in English. If necessary, you can change the email to another address for testing purposes. The issue is that the emails are not fully in English. While most of the content is translated, the strings I have translated using WPML are not. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, |

Hello Leon, I think there is a misunderstanding also, what you shared and we are testing is to re-send order details to the client that made the order. Since that client made an order in the DE language, order details will be sent to them in DE language always, doesn't matter what language you have set in your profile. If I am missing something, please explain further or share step by step what you are expecting to happen, for example from making a new order from the frontend and what happens. Regards, |
