This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where the WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities plugin is not enforcing the set limit of 3 pieces per product on the Arabic version of the site, while it works correctly on the English version. Solution: We found that the custom fields for the quantities were not being copied. We have now set these fields to be copied. We recommend that the client updates the products in the default language and then checks if the issue has been resolved. If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please feel free to open a new support ticket with us.

2. I have recently installed a new plugin called (WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities) in an effort to limit the quantity that my customers can be per product .. The limit I set is 3 pieces per product .. The plugin is working as intended in the English version .. When I go to the cart page in English, it does not let me increase the quantity above 3 .. However, when I change the language to Arabic and visit the cart page, for some reason I can bypass the limit and increase the quantity above 3 .. Please feel free to test that on your end to confirm the issue ..
After contacting the developers of the plugin, they recommended I discuss this with the WPML developers, as the issue seems to be happening only when the website is in Arabic ..
Can you please look into this and help me figure out how we can enforce the 3-quantity policy?
Unfortunately, I cannot install the min/max extension on the sandbox as I would have to disconnect the license from my store, which would stop the functionality all together ..
However, I screen recorded the issue on my iPad and below is the icloud video link:

I hope the video helps demonstrate the issue ...
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
I created a staging website, where we can safely make modifications/changes without affecting the main website .. However, switching to Arabic is not working on the staging website despite me registering it as a development website ..
The reason I'm bringing this up is because I'd like to test on the staging website, since deactivating all plugins and switching to the default theme for my other ticket, kind of ruined a couple of things on the main website ..
Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue and found that the custom fields for the quantities are not copied. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
I set those fields to be copied. Please update the products in the default language and check the issue.
