Hi,

I checked the status of this issue in the internal ticket with our compatibility team.

The last update was that they have emailed the author to explain what is needed but no response from the author side yet.

I will check with the team again and let you know if we have more updates.

I got the reply from our compatibility team. As I mentioned, we emailed them but we didn't get any feedback.

I'm afraid that we won't be able to fix this issue and will consider the plugin as not compatible. Without the author's cooperation, there is nothing we can do.

We would suggest contacting the plugin support, finding a compatible alternative, or maybe hiring a contractor to fix this issue: https://wpml.org/contractors/
