Hi,

The option is not enabled in my local copy. Would you please deactivate the CDN and caching plugins on your site, along with the security plugins?

After that, please deactivate the multi-currency option and check if it will be enabled again.

Also, please check if your server has a caching mechanism that could be the cause of the issue.

Hello the deactivation was not bringing results .. again the shitty plugin re-enabled itself! It has definitley nothing to do with the caching plugins.

What if I delete the Plugin? Are the stored translation for our products then deleted, too? Or are these saved somewhere else, and by reinstalling it might not cause this issue again?

Hi,

The translations are saved in the DB. Deleting the plugin and uploading a fresh copy will not affect the translations.

In order to be sure, please back up the database before the process.

Hello, i tested the site.. but it has database errors.

I dont know how a not working page should be used as an example to prove that the plugin is not the porblem?

Sorry I dont understand.

How long did you install the plugin? Is it running 24+ hours?

Only after kind of next day hours its switching.

Please can you delete everything. We rolled everything back prior to this incident and recovert every user and order.. hopefully thats it.

1) The test server is working, but maybe it had a connection error when you tried to test it.

2) Sure, I'll delete the local copy on my PC and the copy on our server.
