WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency not being available

hounOC	Background of the issue: I have installed the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency together with WPML Multilingual CMS on my Multisite Production site and the test site. I am trying to get WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency to appear in the menu sidebar of WooCommerce on my production site. Symptoms: WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency shows up in the menu sidebar of WooCommerce on the test site, but not on the production site. Questions: Why does WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency not appear in the menu sidebar on my production site? Is there a difference in configuration between the test site and the production site that could cause this issue?

Background of the issue:
