Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with the WooCommerce My Account page on my website. After logging in, the page does not work as expected due to a conflict with the WPML plugin. When WPML is deactivated, the page functions correctly. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
When WPML is activated, clicking on sections like Orders, Downloads, Addresses, and Payment Methods redirects back to the My Account dashboard without any changes.

Questions:
How can I resolve the conflict between WooCommerce My Account page and WPML?
What steps should I take to ensure WooCommerce and WPML work together without issues?

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

While checking the debug info, I see that the WordPress Memory Limit is below the requirements. The minimum requirements are 128M, but we do recommend 256M and the debug information of your site shows it set to 40M. Please check this link for more details

You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file, right before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

After adding the code you can confirm that the memory was changed correctly from WPML > Support > WordPress > Memory limit.

Yes, it is mandatory to install WCML plugin if you're trying to use Woocommerce with WPML.

Hello Kor,

After completing the setup, I checked the **My Account** page in French (default language). However, the following pages:

- **Commandes**
- **Téléchargements**
- **Adresses**
- **Moyens de paiement**
- **Détails du compte**

are not opening properly. They are redirecting to newly created pages, such as:

- [hidden link)

These pages are blank, showing only the header and footer.

Additionally, when I click the **Add to Cart** button, it redirects to:
- [hidden link)
- [hidden link)

instead of the correct cart page that has already been created.

Can you please check and fix this?

Thanks for your reply. I need your permission to deactivate some plugins and change the theme. Also, I will delete the accounts and cart page and recreate it. Please let me know if I'm allowed to proceed.

Yes, you can deactivate the plugins and check, but I need everything to function properly. All pages and functionalities should work correctly in the proper way. So that if you want, you can delete the my accounts page and cart page etc and recreate those.

Glad to know that the "my account" page is now working correctly for both pages.
