This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where the total price of WooCommerce orders changes unexpectedly when the order status is updated to 'completed' while using a non-default currency, we can help.
Solution:
1) First, ensure that your currency settings are correct in the Multicurrency settings of WooCommerce. For all currencies, set the thousand separator as '.' and the decimal separator as ','.
2) Update your WPML plugins to the latest versions by navigating to Plugins > Add New > Commercial and clicking 'Check for updates'. Remember to create a backup before updating.
3) Disable any security, caching, or optimizer plugins temporarily to see if the issue persists.
4) For detailed steps on adjusting currency settings, please watch this video: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/37063563?key=aaaa2f7d291bb0987079a0040875e4c3

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the total price of WooCommerce orders remains consistent when using a non-default currency. The issue occurs when I change the order status from processing to completed on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
The total price of WooCommerce orders changes unexpectedly when the order status is changed to 'completed' while using a non-default currency.

Questions:
Why does the total price of WooCommerce orders change when the order status is updated to 'completed'?
How can I prevent the order price from changing when using a non-default currency?

Hi Otto,

Thank you for your response.

I’ve reviewed the thread and followed the suggested solution, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. I’m attaching an image of my currency configurations in WPML Multi-Currency and WooCommerce. Could you please let me know if there’s anything incorrect in my setup?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Abdullah

Hello Abdullah,

thanks for getting back.

1) Can you please edit your currencies in Multicurrency settings and make sure for all currencies it is set:

- thousand seprator >is .
- decimal separator is ,

Check if the issue still happens, if yes then please try next:

2) Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial > Click “Check for updated" and update WPML plugins to the latest versions.

Please make sure to create a backup, before doing any actions, just in case.

3) Disable any security/caching / optimizer plugin and try again.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello Dražen

Thank you for your response.

1) in WPML Multicurrency settings, there are no settings to control the separators. However in Woocommerce => Settings => General the separators are correct as suggested (Please review my previous screenshots)

2) I updated all WPML plugins and the issue remains.

3) I stopped the cache plugin and the issue remains.

What should we do next?

Thank you.
Abdullah.

Hello,

thanks for getting back.

1) There is an option when you edit the currency, can you please check my next video for the steps and adjust it also for all other currencies?
