I am trying to:
The woocommerce shop page gets empty regularly and randomly.
We dont know when and how, we have to re-save the permelinks and all the content comes back.
We found in this article, that saving permalinks solves the problem, but we have to do it anytime it comes.
You say it could be cause by a bad configuration, please can you check in?

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
A page with products list

Instead, I got:
Empty page

Please get us back to share you credentials info

1. Temporary Access to your system
Please provide access to your system (wp-admin and ftp) so that I can further investigate this particular problem. The fields to provide this data are included in a private section that I will open for your next response. You can find it above the comments area. The information in this private section is only visible between WPML Support and you.

2. Do you have any way to provoke this error? the only way we can troubleshoot a "random" error is for us to be able to recreate it.

In our experience, a random error ususally has to do with server settings or with other plugin interference that resets/flushes the rewrite rules.

Would it be possible to setup a stagiing site (a cloned site on same server) that runs in parallel with your site to see if the same behaviour happens there? Then, when it happens, we can start modifying the configuration to see if it is possible to narrow down the possible plugin conflict.

I wait for your response.
For the moment, I can check if your configuration looks normal, but the trouleshooting is limited.

Hello

There does not seem to be anything wrong with the configuration of WPML on your site. The type of error you describe and the action that you do to rectify it suggests that there is some code in your theme or another plugin that is flushing the rewrite rules.

For this reason, resaving the permalinks then "fixes" the page.

But the configuration of WCML or WPML does not seem to be part of the problem.

Does this answer your question?

Thanks, we will look for some plugin flushing the rewrite rules. 🙂
