<b>Background of the issue: </b>
I am trying to count the words for the entire site using the 'Word count estimate' feature in the Translation Management. The issue can be seen at:
<b>Symptoms: </b>

1. After completing the word count estimate, the total number of counted words remains 0. 2. I am unable to reset the content words for all items in the Word count estimation popup. Attempts to reset settings and reinstall plugins did not resolve the issue.

<b>Questions: </b>
Why does the total number of counted words remain 0 after completing the word count estimate?
How can I reset the content words for all items in the Word count estimation popup?
