Background of the issue:
I have successfully translated and deployed from staging on my site hidden link. I am using the Divi theme builder.

Symptoms:
I cannot figure out how to translate the 'Clinical Trials' button in the Divi theme builder header (all pages) or the 'Patient Portal' and 'Trials' buttons in the blurbs (on the About page).

Questions:
How can I translate the 'Clinical Trials' button in the Divi theme builder header?
How can I translate the 'Patient Portal' and 'Trials' buttons in the blurbs on the About page?

Thanks for reaching us.

Please use the string translation addon as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/ to translate these strings.

Could you give this a try and let us know how it goes?

Thank you, I have the string translation plugin in place, but I am not sure I am using it correctly. Let me try working on that and I will come back to you if I can't get it. Thank you.
