WP Forms are not being translated

agnieszkaM-14	Tell us what you are trying to do? I want to translate all (2) of my WP Forms into 8 different languages. Once I click on "review", there is no possibility to translate them - please see the attached screenshots. I cannot find them also in WPML Strings Is there any documentation that you are following? yes, https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/creating-multilingual-forms-using-wpforms-and-wpml/ Is there a similar example that we can see? Yes, both are not being translated despite I've done all the steps from your documentation mentioned above What is the link to your site? hidden link

agnieszkaM-14	Moreover, with no widget/themes updates the customiser preview is not working and showing that there is a critical error. The website works fine

I'll be glad to help you today. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated. Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical. ✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site. Best regards, Osama

Please try the following steps: 1- Go to WP Forms-> All Forms 2- From the top admin language switcher, select "All Languages" 3- Delete all the translated from 4- Remove them from the trash 5- Go to WPML-> Translation Management 6- Filter by WP forms 7- Send the forms for translation Kindly let me know if the above steps helped you fix the issue. If not, I'd need your permission to install the duplicator plugin and take a local copy of your site to debug the issue further. Best regards, Osama
