My WPML yesterday had a problem in the translation process. There are 2 sections, namely calculated field and wpform at the bottom. In accordance with the support direction from wpml, I was asked to update the plugin and backup the plugin. I have done this but still can't do the translation, please help.

I've just tried to login to your site after enabling cookies but it takes me to /my-account/ page. While, I need to access the WordPress admin area, to investigate the problem.

There are 2 things that are constrained in translation using the WPML plugin, namely the WPForform plugin and the calculated fields form plugin.
You can change the language on this page to check, the result is no change or change according to the selected language.
The instruction from the previous support was to update the plugin, but after I updated it and I tried to switch the language, there was no change.
