Waqas Bin Hasan WPML Supporter since 05/2014 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Karachi (GMT+05:00)	Thank you for the zip file, but it only contains an HTML file with some steps (no screenshot or images for clarity). I tried to look for the words mentioned in the steps but can't find after login. Looks like we're not reaching anywhere. I'll request to record a video of your screen and show me how do you login and how do you get to WordPress Admin Dashboard.

It takes me to /mis-area/ after login and I can't go to WordPress admin dashboard - see hidden link. I've also tried some other standard variations, without any luck. Please let me know clearly how to go to the WP Admin Dashboard?

hendrikG-4	I have tried to login and it works. hidden link You can do it again, the server is secure, it should be able to log in to our wordpress. FYI, the wpform plugin can and is resolved, but only the calculated fields form plugin.

So I tried again and I was logged in too, but looks like it is a subscriber's account which has not enough available to do in the WP - see attached image. Please change the user you provided me to Administrator role or you can create a new one as Administrator. Secondly, please update WordPress to the latest version (there's a notice about it in WP dashboard). You're using a very old version (6.2.4). It'd be great if you can also provide FTP access, since I may need to activate/deactivate plugins for investigation. This may make site inaccessible while FTP allows to deactivate problematic plugin to deactivate forcefully, in such an event (i.e. to recover the site back online). I've enabled your next reply as private, in case of new credentials.
