We use UTM parameters for all of our marketing campaigns. We also use a URL shortener to create links such as this:

hidden link

When this link unfurls, it should go to

hidden link

Instead it goes to hidden link

We spoke with Bl.ink, our vendor for shortening, and they sent us the attached screenshot. They indicated WPEngine is sanitizing the URL. I've just pinged WPE's support team and they claim WPML is sanitizing the URL.

They provided additional information but I don't think I should put it in this chat.

Can you help?

Hello!
As far as I can see, the request for the page to "/lp/download-olelo-events"
However, that page is not on that address and WPML redirects to the proper address: "/lp/captioned-calls/download-olelo-events/"

I am not confident if this is going to help but it is worth the try https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/preserve-url-arguments-when-switching-languages/ and set the necessary parameters that you would like to be kept.

Alternatively and probably the best fix would be to adjust the link to point to: `/lp/captioned-calls/download-olelo-events/` instead of: `/lp/download-olelo-events` or change the child-parent relationship of that post in question.
