Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue where some of our German blog posts appear incorrectly on the Yoast sitemap. This occurs when we create a German blog post without an English version. For example, we created a German post with the URL: hidden link. However, the sitemap entry added was: hidden link, which returns a 404 error. Even after creating an English version with a different URL, the incorrect URL remains in the sitemap. The issue can be seen at: hidden link.
