My default Language of the website is in Arabic using WPML, however from Users > Profile I set the language English to make my dashboard and everything in English while website in Arabic.
Solution: you can either copy the English translations to the Arabic strings using WPML -> String Translation or try renaming the .po/.mo files from Elementor.
