WPML detect change in your site's URL

dawnV	Background of the issue: I'm migrating the website from the live to local environment. I've followed these steps: Downloaded the database and imported it into the local environment, changed the Site URL and Home URL, unregistered the WPML key, used WP CLI to change the live URL to the local URL, and set the WPML Local Environment key. Symptoms: Still showing live website credits in my local system in the WPML Dashboard. Questions: Why is the WPML Dashboard still showing live website credits after migration to a local environment? And also, why did the popup appear as per the screenshot?
