Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit a page recently built with DIVI. After installing WPML, the builder gets disabled when I try to edit it. This issue occurs on different pages and has persisted for over a month, despite several updates. The builder only works when WPML is disabled. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
The DIVI builder is not working when WPML is enabled.
Questions:
Why does the DIVI builder get disabled when WPML is enabled?
How can I enable the DIVI builder while using WPML?

Hi,
It seems there is a conflict between WPML and another plugin or the theme you are using.
Could you please try running the site with minimal setup to see if the issue persists?
1) Disable any additional plugins that are unrelated to WPML and our add-ons. Open the Divi Editor. Does the issue persist?
2) If the issue goes away, start by reactivating the plugins one at a time, or activate them in small groups. This way, check where the issue reoccurs to see the plugin that is causing the issue.
Once we have identified the cause, we can then try replicating the issue and then escalate it internally. In this case, I will provide a test site with WPML.
Hi,
Unfortunately disabling all other plugins except WPML didn't help, nothing changed. This is a development site and is a multisite, so I would like to ask you to have a look at it and try to find the issue there.
Best,
Asen

I do see that there are some issue with loading the UI and it takes me a few approaches to try, but after all I am not have an issue with opening the Divi Editor on a English or Bulgarian page.
Is this the issue that you would like to report? If your issue is different, please provide more details, steps to take and a link to an example on which I can see the issue.
Is it possible to network-wide disable plugins on this Multisite for testing?
No, no delay, it gets disabled and cannot be enabled again. Please check this page: hidden link
It is called Актуално, and is the 1st page in the list in Bulgarian language. If I disable WPML and turn the builder on, it works. Then when I enable WPML again and try to edit this page, the builder gets disabled.
I have tried deleting it and creating a new one, didn't help. Also tried with other pages, sometimes they work, sometimes don't.
And yes, it's ok to disable plugins on network level.

I can open the WPML Translation on the original page and the page is set to be translated with the WPML Translation Editor.
You usually should not edit translations directly inside Divi if you use the WPML Translation Editor for creating the translation.
You would first need to go to the WordPress Editor's right sidebar on the original content and set the translation method to "WordPress Editor".
This solves the issue on my test.
May I ask why you try to edit the translation in Divi? Is there any issue with using the WPML Translation Editor?
