This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to update translations in the WPML Editor after modifying an article with Elementor. Additionally, the Elementor header is not showing after translation. The client has tried clearing the cache and making minor modifications, but these steps did not resolve the issue.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to address the issue:
1. Edit the post in the default language.
2. Make an edit and update it.
3. Purge the SG cache and WP Rocket cache.
4. Update the translation using the translation editor.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hi,

I just received a reply from our ATE team, who told me that the ATE servers had a very high load.

They have fixed the issue, and the server will fully recover in an hour.

I checked your site, and the editor now opens correctly. Please check it and let me know if you can open the editor.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

I tried what you suggested and it didn't work. Additionally, it wouldn't be possible to everytime do that.

Hi,

I updated the post in the default language along with its translation. After that, I cleared the SG cache, and the FR post appeared correctly.

Kindly check it and let me know if it works as expected. (hidden link)

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

It seems it is working as expected.

I am still running a few tests to be sure what was the issue.

But it might have been an over usage of my server CPU, due to an image optimizer plugin running in the background.

Could this have been the root issue of all the ATE problem I had?

Hi,

I'm not sure if the Image Optimizer plugin issue is related or not.

What I noticed is that the SG Optimizer cache needs to be purged after any update to see the result on the front end.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

To be honest, I am a bit desperate. I have to update 300+ articles and it seems mission impossible.

Today, I updated in English: hidden link

But impossible to get the ATE to update. I tried clearing the cache, going in Elementor and WP editor making a change, and trying again. Nothing works.

The ATE is still on the old version.

Hi,

Please check if it works correctly. (hidden link)

I didn't change anything. I opened the translation editor, clicked the complete button, and cleared the cache.

After that, I was able to see the changes on the front end.

Best regards,
Osama
