Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with WPML not translating LearnPress pages correctly, specifically the profile and instructor pages. Despite setting the pages under settings, the profile page displays an error stating 'This LP Profile shortcode is only used on the Profile page.'.
Solution:
If you're encountering similar issues, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to resave the permalinks.
2. If the problem persists, temporarily change the Language URL format to 'Different languages in directories' under WPML → Languages → Language URL format, and test again.
3. Ensure that the Profile page slug is consistent across all languages (for example, use /profile/ for all languages), and check the issue again.
Before implementing these changes, please ensure to create a full backup of your database.
