[Closed] WPML keeps on loading

Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to translate my header using WPML.

Symptoms:
The translation process keeps on loading and shows an error that it can't find the tasks.

Questions:
Why does the header translation keep loading?
What does the error about not finding the tasks mean?
