sylviaZ	Hello, since updating WPML Multilingual CMS and wordpress our server crashes constantly. We used the beta version, no improvement. We now updated with the new version of your plugin, and also still no improvement. I was asked by Andres to open a ticket as the general topic has been closed (resolved?). See enclosed a screenshot from our server. It's clear that since august 14th, when we updated your plugin and wordpress, the system charge & CPU usage has spiked constantly. Your new release did not fix anything - every time our server crashes / times out (4 out of 5 attempts) the message indicates that its your plugin causing the issue. Over the last month we have lost a lot of customers, halved our traffic and it is impossible for us to work on our website as the backend is affected greatly as well. It would be great if you can find a solution with us as we can't carry on like this. Thank you

Edit wp-config.php and insert the following lines (just before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ part) define( 'WP_DEBUG', true); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); 2. Reproduce the issue if possible. 3. Locate the debug log in: /wp-content/debug.log 4. Paste the latest lines here. No need to paste the entire log file, just 10 lines or so will do. Please censor any sensitive information. https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress But more importantly we need this: - do the above reproducing (so from step 2) - get the latest server debug logs (you can ask hosting support if unsure how to locate them) Let us know how it goes or if you need further information! Bruno Kos WPML Supporter since 12/2018 Languages: English (English ) German (Deutsch ) French (Français ) Timezone: Europe/Zagreb (GMT+02:00)	I see that there is plenty of "failed opening" messages, indicating that some plugin files are possibly missing. Perhaps the update has failed for some reason and only partially copied plugin files. Can you remove WPML Multilingual CMS and WPML SEO and then install them from https://wpml.org/download/wpml-multilingual-cms/?section=changelog and https://wpml.org/download/yoast-seo-multilingual/?section=changelog? Does the issue occur again? If so, can you send us debug logs again?
