Background of the issue:
I am trying to allow customers to log in to the English site without issues. The login works fine in other languages, and refreshing the page after logging in seems to resolve the issue temporarily. Deactivating the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin resolves the issue, indicating a compatibility problem with the new WordPress update.
Symptoms:
Customers cannot log in to the English site without refreshing the page. The issue does not occur in other languages. Deactivating the WPML plugin resolves the issue.
I disabled all other plugins and was able to pin it down to a compatibilty issue between the WPML plugin and the YITH Login popup plugin. I have reached out to YITH as well to assist and they are looking into it but unfortunately the issue has not been resolved yet.
