Hi,

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, I'd like to guide you through some initial debugging steps to speed up the support process.

To begin, please follow the below steps and let me know how it goes:

1. To resolve this issue, you need to ensure that the DOM extension is installed and enabled on your server.

We have another clients who had a similar issue and was able to fix it by enabling the DOM extension on the server:

- https://wpml.org/forums/topic/dashboard-problem/

You may ask hosting support about it.

2. Next, please take a backup of your site, delete the existing WPML plugin, download the 4.7.2 version from here: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-multilingual-cms/?section=changelog, and install it on your site and see if this resolves the issue.

Kindly let us know the results,
Thank you
