Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue where my site (hidden link) shows the message 'The WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org', even though it is correctly registered in my WPML account. I have verified the site registration at wpml.org/account/sites, deleted transient values and wpml-registration options via delete_site_option() in functions.php, deactivated and reactivated the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin, and completed the initial configuration wizard successfully. The issue persists, and I suspect a lingering connection/cache issue on your side or with my license state. I have provided temporary admin access: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org, and updates do not work.
Questions:
Could you please force a reset or check from your end?
