WPML shows the wrong menu

franzR-3	Background of the issue: I am trying to fix an error where the language elements of the second language are not shown at all. I expected to see the same footer links on both the English and German pages. The issue can be seen at hidden link. Symptoms: On the German page, the footer is empty, although I translated all items with the WPML string translator. After the translation in Design - Menu did not work. Questions: Why are the translated menu items not appearing on the German page? How can I ensure the footer links appear correctly in both languages?
