Before this ticket gets assigned to my colleagues, can you please elaborate a bit more on this matter?

Can you please explain what are the exact steps that you are taking, what is not working and how would you expect to see things happening? Do you see any error messages?

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing the chat. I made it private as the forum is public here and the chat had private data.

I am afraid you will need to either wait for the fix release or downgrade WordPress to version 6.2.2.

To downgrade WordPress you need to make sure you have a complete backup of the website and then you can use this plugin:
