Hi WPML Support Team,

I’m facing an issue in WPML → Translation Dashboard → “Translate Content.” The Pages/Posts section keeps loading, but no items are displayed. It continues spinning and does not load any content.

There are no visible errors in debug mode, which makes it difficult to identify the cause.

For your reference, the site is running:

WPML Multilingual CMS 4.9.2
WPML String Translation 3.5.1
PHP 7.4.33
MySQL 5.6.39
REST API is enabled
WP Rocket is active

I also tested the issue after upgrading PHP to version 8.x, but it did not resolve the problem. I had to revert back to PHP 7.4 due to compatibility issues with other parts of the site.

Could you please investigate this issue or guide me on how to resolve it? If needed, I can provide temporary access for further debugging.

Hi there,

Please right click on the page -> Inspect -> Console tab.

Do you see any errors logged in the console tab?
