Background of the issue:
I was trying to update translations on a page using WPML.

Symptoms:
I received an error message stating: 'WPML tried to translate this page three times and failed. To get it fixed, contact WPML support.'

Questions:
Why did WPML fail to translate the page three times?
How can I fix the translation error?
